Astrological Transits

Transits are the current positions of the planets, and the relationship they form to the natal chart. Transits are happening all of the time, as the planets are passing through the houses of the chart. The Moon, for instance, travels one complete revolution of the chart every 28 days. The other planets take longer from 1 to 240 years and there are some transits that we all experience at certain times of our lives.

The Saturn return happens for everyone between the 28th and 30th years and then again between 56 and 60 years. The Uranus opposition happens between 38 – 40 and the Chiron return at 50 years.

A transit reading usually covers a year, although that is adjustable according to individual requirements. It will give one a ‘weather report’ as it were, of the year to come, and can help to prepare for
challenging times, and to make the best of positive times.
